We have changed our fee schedule to better reflect the fact that younger people generally require less medical care, while older people generally require more care.
Full fee (no discount) is charged for the oldest individual on your Account participating in the medical care program.
You will receive a discount off your medical care fees for members of your household living at the same address (your family) if all members use the same payment options and the total fees for the family are paid by one individual "Person responsible for fees" (your Account). After the first adult participating family member, the discount is 20% for each adult or child. After the second adult participating family member, the discount is 40% for each child. ("Adult" is age 20 or older - "Child" is under age 20)
You will receive an additional 5% or 10% discount for less frequent payments. The "Person responsible for fees" is not required to participate in the medical care program.

In addition to the primary care outlined in the Summary of Services, insurance is recommended to protect you against the cost of outside services, catastrophic illnesses and injuries. Complementing our primary care program with an appropriate high-deductible insurance plan may actually reduce your overall health care costs.
Most Health Saving Accounts (HSA) and Flex-Spending plans accept medical fees for service invoices. For insurance details please call your own insurance agent or call Rachel for a recommendation.
