Dr. Hendler grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from UCLA School of Medicine in 1973. He also did his post-graduate medical training at UCLA. He moved to Bainbridge Island in 1980.
He is a Diplomate (board certified) of the American Board of Family Practice (now known as the American Board of Family Medicine), and is a Fellow (an honorary degree) of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Hendler is a Medical Staff member at Swedish Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle, a member of the King County Medical Society, and a member of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons.
Kathryn Wright is our Medical Assistant. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA and keeps our flow of patients taken care of with a smile. She will help you with an apointment, blood draw, and assist Dr. Hendler when necessary.
Our office manager, Rachel Brandt, also grew up on Bai
nbridge Island. She has many years of office administrative experience and can answer your questions about our program.
